Your Larrisse jewelry is designed to last. We offer a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects under normal wear.

Warranty Covers:

Structural or manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, broken links, and soldering issues.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Loss, theft, improper use, or accidents. Normal wear and tear. Stones that have fallen out due to impact or misuse.

At Larrisse, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because many of our designs are made to order or customized, we have created clear return and exchange guidelines for each category.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All customized, engraved, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun. Before placing a custom order, please review all design details carefully. We are happy to provide photos, sketches, or previews to ensure your piece is perfect before we begin.

Collection Pieces

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included. To initiate a return or exchange, email info.larrisse@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Larrisse offers free domestic shipping on all orders via USPS. International orders are charged at checkout and shipped securely with care.

Many items are available in limited quantities. Once in-stock pieces sell out, all orders become made to order. All 14k gold pieces are made to order and require 4-6 weeks for production, plus 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
