Warranty Covers:

Structural or manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, broken links, and soldering issues.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Loss, theft, improper use, or accidents. Normal wear and tear. Stones that have fallen out due to impact or misuse.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All customized, engraved, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun. Before placing a custom order, please review all design details carefully. We are happy to provide photos, sketches, or previews to ensure your piece is perfect before we begin.

Collection Pieces

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included. Larrisse offers free domestic shipping on all orders via USPS. International orders are charged at checkout and shipped securely with care.

Many items are available in limited quantities. Once in-stock pieces sell out, all orders become made to order. All 14k gold pieces are made to order and require 4-6 weeks for production, plus 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
