Your Larrisse jewelry is designed to last. We offer a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects under normal wear.

Warranty Covers:
Structural or manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, broken links, soldering issues).

Warranty Does Not Cover:
Loss, theft, improper use, or accidents; normal wear and tear; stones that have fallen out due to impact or misuse.

At Larrisse, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because many of our designs are either made to order or customized, we’ve created clear return and exchange guidelines for each category.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All customized, engraved, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun. Before placing a custom order, please review all design details carefully. We’re happy to provide photos, sketches, or videos to ensure your piece is perfect before we begin production.

Collection Pieces (In-Stock Designs)

Eligible for return or exchange within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags, packaging, and certificates included. To initiate a return or exchange, email info.larrisse@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Processing & Delivery Times Most in-stock items ship within 4–6 business days. Please note that many pieces are available in limited quantities — once they sell out, all orders transition to made to order.

Made to Order Many of our pieces are crafted just for you. All 14k gold pieces are made to order and require 4–6 weeks for production, plus 5–7 business days for processing and shipping.
